• Electro-hydraulic Control Quick Shutoff Valve (ESD valve)
To improve the safety and reliability of electric power production and prevent overspeed accidents caused by various factors such as the steam supply and steam backflow network problems etc. the quick shutoff valves are required on the adjustable steam extraction pipeline (see drawing 1) in Twenty-five Key Requirements for Preventing Serious Electric Power Accidents (hereinafter referred to as “The Requirements”) by State Power Corporation. To implement The Requirements, the company carried out the research and developed the electrohydraulic quick shutoff valve through research, and extensive product testing. The product meets the national and industrial standards (such as GB3766-1983 Universal Technical Conditions of Hydraulic Systems, GB7935-87 Universal Technical Conditions of Hydraulic Elements, DL-5031-94 Electric Power Construction and Acceptance Technical Standards, etc.) The product was confirmed acceptable by the acceptance organization from State Power Corporation The product obtained the “Science and Technology Progress Award” by the National Power Grid Corporation.
It has been applied extensively in steam extraction machines of various ratings and configurations.
